Amanda Bynes Involved in 4th Hit-And-Run This Year

Former child star Amanda Bynes is quickly catching up to Lindsay Lohan's catastrophic driving record, as she was involved in her fourth hit-and-run this year, according to TMZ.

A woman by the name of "Kisa" told the website that she was driving down Ventrua Blvd. in the San Fernando Valley when her Toyota Carolla was struck by a woman in a black BMW. Kisa then says she began hashing out the details with the woman, who she says was looking "like a hot mess." It was only later that she realized the woman was Bynes and went to her car to get her insurance information to exchange.

Kisa said Amanda felt "nervous" about exchanging information and started to push Kisa's bumper back in place. Kisa said she kept trying to exchange information with Amanda, because her car had extensive damage to it, but the next thing she knew Amanda had gotten in her car and left.

Kisa then called the police to tell them what happened and when she told the officer Amanda Bynes was the woman responsible for the accident he replied, saying "Didn't she just get a DUI?"

Amanda was arrested on April 6th for suspicion of DUI after clipping a cop car, which she pled not guilty, and subsequently was involved in two additional hit-and-run accidents on May 5th and May 27th.
