You are the C.E.O of Optics Consillio ........ How did u come up with this name 
Optics has to do with the eyes which relates with ideas and visions. Consillio is a latin word for Counsel. So Basically the name was meant to reflect the process of executing our services which is processing the idea with the team. I believe Team Work is very important.
How old is the company .....and how long have you really had this ambition .
Legally the company is 8months old but I have been executing some services and building the team since 07'.
Tell us a little about yourself, Educational background & Family 
I graduated from the University of Port Harcourt where I studied Computer Science. Am from a family of 3 boys. I am the first child.
 Where do you project Optics Consillio (www.opticsconsillio.com) to be in the next 5yrs and how much impact do you hope you & your company will have on the entertainment industry in Nigeria
One of the biggest Idealistic Company that will be able to provide it's clients with quality service in Celebrity Booking , Brand Promotion , Event Management and Interior Decoration. We hope to make immense impact considering the fact that we are focused in developing Nigerian entertainers into mega brands that can stand anywhere in the world.
What's your take on the rapid growth of Nigerian Music industry and what do you think is responsible for this positive development
 I'm very impressed with the rapid growth of the nigerian music industry. I think the reason is because a lot of people are beginning to do music the right way but we still have a long way to go especially building artistes into marketable brands to the world.
So now that they have Optics Consillio (www.opticsconsillio.com) to handle that for them is it safe to say we are on the right track if more like you emerge
 Yes, I believe Nigerian Music Industry is on the right track.
 So on a lighter note who is presently your favorite nigerian artiste
 The truth is that I don't really have a favourite artiste. Because I appreciate different type of nigerian music.
 So which one is hot on your radar
 right now Am feeling Tuface - Steady Steady song.

 If I may ask what's your relationship with Maavin records
 Mavin Records is family to me. Don Jazzy and D'prince are my cousins so it's only natural for me to be affiliated to Mavin Records.

 Why have you chosen to remain behind the scenes when many in your shoes will choose the path to easy fame ?
 I believe in teamwork and I also understand for success to be achieved for the team everyone has to play their role properly. My role is behind the scenes.
Who in the industry is your mentor
Don Jazzy not because he is my cousin but because he is a Leader , Super Producer and most of all he has solid Business Acumen.
