Gists: Robert Pattinson is still not speaking with Kristen Stewart

It has been reported that Robert Pattinson had plans to ask his cheating girlfriend Kristen Stewart to marry him before it was revealed she had been unfaithful. Pattinson was set to get on one knee at the end of summer and had hoped that their £5million love nest would become their martial home. A source said: ‘Robert hoped to marry Kristen and was making preparations to spring a proposal before she admitted cheating.’ He has since moved out of their LA mansion.

Robert had made his feelings regarding infidelity clear in April, telling Vanity Fair: ‘There’s a thing I’ve never got: That is, why do people cheat?’ He explained that while he ‘can understand the impulse’, he doesn’t comprehend ‘how you can keep two relationships going at the same time.’ ‘I’m not the casual-affair kind of guy,’ he said. ‘If I choose to be with someone, it’s because I really want it. When I have a relationship, I’m 100 percent into it.’

Kristen Stewart called her fling with Rupert Sanders a ‘momentary indiscretion’ but now relatives of the British director have claimed that the pair were seeing each other for months. Sanders’ brother-in-law, Leopold Ross, has said he believes Kristen and Rupert became involved with each other while they were filming Snow White and the Huntsman. Model Liberty Ross’ brother told of how his sister made ‘sacrifices’ for Rupert and that she was unhappy in their marriage for a while. Leopold told The People that Kristen’s affair with the 41-year-old director began during the second half of filming for the blockbuster movie, he explained: ‘It was from the last half of filming and all through post-production, clear into last week.’

On the other hand, Charlize Theron is reportedly ‘fuming’ with Kristen Stewart following her affair with a married director. The Oscar-winner and Twilight beauty were co-stars in Snow White And The Huntsman, both working under the instruction of filmmaker Rupert Sanders – with whom K-Stew cheated on Robert Pattinson. Charlize, who plays the Evil Queen in the blockbuster, has been shaken by the infidelities as she is close friends with Sanders wife (and the mother of his two children) Liberty Ross. It has also been reported that Charlize had asked Kristen to be godmother to her adopted son – Jackson.
